This order confirmation (also knows as a receipt) will serve as a guarantee of your proof of purchase. It is important that you use your correct email address, and have easy access to this email address should you need it in the future for any purchases made from our store. We recommend making a note or saving this email address in order for our customer service team to help you with any enquiry you may need to make at a later date.
You may pay with debit or credit cards. All of our banking transactions are managed by Stripes Payment Europe. The 100s Club does not store any of these credit card numbers. You can find all payment options we accept here.

Pay with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard securely over the Internet. All payments are handled by Stripes Payment Europe. These payments are encrypted for maximum security under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank. These deails can not be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge when using a card to make a payment. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that a payment is not received after an order is submitted, The 100s Club may automatically cancel your order.
To use a promo code, simply enter it at the end of the checkout process. The code must be entered for the promo code to be valid. Attempting to add more than one promo code at a time, or after a purchase, will not be honoured. A code will not be honoured if it is used once the promotion date has ended.
All prices shown on The 100s Club website, www.the100sclub.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order is to be shipped to a delivery address outside of the EU, it is important to note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier. This is dependant on which country the product will be delivered to. It is also important to note that in case an order is to be shipped outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It is important to note that The 100s Club has no control over these charges and since charges are different in different countries, The 100s Club cannot predict their amount. The 100s Club advises that you contact your local customs office for any further information you may need.
Any orders that are made in another persons name, without that persons consent, will be reported to the authorities. The 100s Club holds the right to change all prices and correct any incorrect prices on all orders as well as any final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compel The 100s Club to cancel the purchase. A refund will be made in the best possible way. This can be performed at any time.
The 100s Club offer a simple, no fuss returns policy. The consumer has the right to return an order within 30 days from receiving the original order. This right only applies if the product(s) is unused, still in it's original packaging and complete with any labels and protective stickers intact. The product must be in the same new condition as when it was received. The 100s Club does not take any responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping. Once The 100s Club receive the product and it is inspected, The 100s Club will process your refund.
The consumer should contact The 100s Club in order to get a return address to send their product back to. You can use the Contact Us form to receive a returns address. Return shipping will not be paid by The 100s Club. If an item is damaged during transport, the consumer should contact The 100s Club within the first 30 days for information regarding compensation.
The 100s Club limited warranty covers you against any defects in manufacturing, including the watch movement, dials, indexes and hands.
The 100s Club warranty is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase by the consumer. Once the warranty has expired you will be subject to a service charge for any repairs you need making to the watch.
If you need to return your watch while the warranty is still valid, The 100s Club will repair or replace any defective watch or watch part at no additional expense. This will be done in a reasonable time period once The 100s Club have received the item back at the returns address. You can receive a returns address by using the Contact Us form. The 100s Club will not cover the shipping cost back to the returns address, please note the consumer will pay the return fee. The 100s Club will not honour any warranty claims for watches purchased from an unauthorised retailer.
If your item becomes damaged or stops working and you believe this to be covered by your warranty, please use our support email address (email@example.com) detailing your query. Please include the following information:

The 100s Club warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster.
- Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.), or accidents.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
- Battery, strap, crown, or glass damage.
If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorised third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving an item that is counterfeit, used or defective. Please ensure you are purchasing your item directly from The 100s Club website. The 100s Club will not replace or offer any warranty service for an item that is not purchased directly from The 100s Club website.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.
The 100s Club has the right to adjust any prices, involved additional cost and change any product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available on the website or any social media platform reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page. We cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the colour settings of your computer or device. All pictures on our website and social media platforms should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct characteristics or appearance.
DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
The 100s Club ships worldwide. Deliveries are made via the postal services and their partners with cooperation. You have the right to cancel any purchase made and return delivered goods by contacting The 100s Club. This can be done through the Contact Us form. You must contact The 100s Club within 30 days of receiving the product to make any kind of return. The product(s) must be unused, still in it's original packaging and complete with any labels and protective stickers intact. The product must be in the same new condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for the return delivery of the product, the risk of the products transportation and any damages incurred whilst being returned to The 100s Club. The 100s Club will not pay the return postal fee.
If in the case, you as a customer believe that a delivery has been delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfil the order you placed, it is your responsibility to cancel the order with The 100s Club. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order and then follow the returns process. You can find the returns process here. A cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with The 100s Club via email or through our customer support services. If a product is discontinued, The 100s Club has the right to cancel the purchase. The 100s Club will then refund the paid amount back to the customer. The 100s Club will notify the customer if a replacement product becomes available, or about an equivalent product.
It is important that you as the customer check your product(s) carefully once they have been received from The 100s Club. This is to verify that the product is not damaged and is correct. If the product is damaged in transport, whether visible or hidden damage, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and the item does not match your original order, or the item is damaged, you must contact The 100s Club within 30 days from receiving the item.
All complaints shall be made through our customer service. You can use ether the Contact Us page or the customer chat (bottom right of the website, providing it is within business trading hours) to make a complaint. Please supply the order number and the reason for your complaint. One of The 100s Club agents will get back to your promptly and be more than happy to help. This is the same process for any returns.
When returning a product back to The 100s Club, the defective item should be treated as brand new. It is important that the item is returned in packaging that ensures the item is not damaged in the returns delivery process. Do not treat the item as broken, and provide poor packaging when returning the product, even though the product may be defective. The 100s Club has the right to replace defective products with items of the same model. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that the returned product is not defective, and has no damage, errors or faults, The 100s Club will send the product back to the customer.
The 100s Club responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. The 100s Club bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
The 100s Club shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

All intellectual property rights, such as copyright and trademarks, on the website or any of The 100s Clubs social media platforms and in the material published on it are owned by The 100s Club or its licensors or subsidiaries. Any use of the site, it's content and any social media platform and it's content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of The 100s Club.
The www.the100sclub.com website may include user generated content. An example of this is from social media applications. The 100s Club does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service. RETENTION OF TITLE
All products remain in The 100s Club property until full payment is made.
All fraud will be reported to the authorities. The 100s Club reserves the right to cancel any purchase if any suspicion is raised.
